Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
- Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
- Read and understand Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept
- Assist Engineers to prepare & submit plans to Authorities
- Work closely with Project Team on site on the production of drawings
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- ITE Graduate / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- Familiar with local code of practice
- Familiar with BIM software
- Ability to use Autocad / Revit will be essential
- Ability to design and prepare ACMV drawings will be an advantage
- Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and deliver timely
- Min 3 years of relevant experience required.

- Attend meetings and liaise with stakeholders (Clients, Architects, ect.) whenever necessary
- Ensure statutory compliance and quality of work
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Salary commensurate with qualification and experience
